A clear process designed to turn operational friction into practical action.
The AI Performance Assessment is structured to help you see where the business is losing time, where systems are creating unnecessary drag, and where AI could improve efficiency, capacity, and profitability.
What you get
- A focused discovery session
- A review of workflow and operational bottlenecks
- A tailored AI opportunity report
- 3–7 prioritised recommendations
- Estimated time-saving opportunities
- A practical implementation roadmap
- A walkthrough of the findings
Four stages, one clear outcome.
1. Discovery
We begin with a focused session to understand how the business currently operates, where workflows break down, and where time or attention is being drained by unnecessary friction.
2. Assessment
We review the information gathered and identify where automation, intelligent systems, or AI-supported workflows could reduce manual load, improve flow, and strengthen business performance.
3. Recommendations
You receive a structured report outlining the most relevant opportunities, expected operational gains, and which actions appear sensible now, later, or not at all.
4. Walkthrough
We take you through the findings, explain the rationale behind the recommendations, and clarify what implementation could look like if you choose to move forward.
AI Performance Assessment
£497 one-off
This includes the discovery session, tailored report, prioritised recommendations, implementation roadmap, and walkthrough session.
Low-risk first step
If the assessment does not identify at least 5 hours per week of potential time savings, we will refund the full fee.
The objective is to make the first engagement commercially serious, but low-friction and low-risk for the client.
The assessment is designed as a gateway, not a dead end.
If the assessment identifies a strong case for action, the next stage may be an implementation package, a broader systems integration project, or ongoing advisory support depending on the scope and priority of the opportunities identified.
This means the assessment gives you value on its own, while also creating a clear route into delivery if the opportunity is strong enough to justify it.
Book the assessment and get a clear view of where AI could improve the business.
This is the simplest way to move from general interest in AI to a structured understanding of what is actually worth doing.
